Welcome to ICE Athletics!

If you are new to Allstar Cheerleading, then please read on to find out how you can be a part of our ICE family! If you are a returning member then welcome back, we cannot wait for another fun season with you!

We are a successful Cheerleading Club based in Kent with teams training in Gravesend, Swanscombe & Tonbridge. Cheerleading is one of the fastest growing sports in the UK combining gymnastics, dance and acrobatic stunts.

ICE was founded in September 2013 and after six fantastic years as Intensity Cheer Extreme, we rebranded as ICE Athletics. New name, new logo, new teams, same coaches, same passion, same ethos! Although the season didn’t quite go to plan, due to Covid-19, we provided a thorough online training schedule for our athletes.

Today we are home to 26 teams across the 3 locations, tumble classes & non-competitive classes at the Gravesend gym.

We are proud to say that we were the first team from Kent to compete at the World Championships, with our highest placing 4th in the World! We are fortunate enough to be returning in 2025 for our 8th year with our two Worlds teams.

We are a big gym with a small gym attitude. We have been National Champions every year (except for Covid. 2020!) since 2014. However, for us, it is about more than winning trophies. Our mission is to promote physical fitness, confident athletes, teamwork & sportsmanship through the sport of Cheerleading. At ICE Athletics we believe that our athletes learn life lessons that take them much further than their cheerleading journey. Our athletes become great friends whilst learning new skills and important life lessons in a safe and fun environment.

We offer cheer & tumble classes which are perfect for athletes new to the sport or for families that do not want the commitment of one of our competition teams.

We want to introduce the wonderful sport of cheerleading to more families in our area! Read on to find out how you can try it out!
