Open to ICE Athletics Members and Non Members aged 8+ (Open gym is not really suited to very beginner athletes, please ask before booking if you are unsure).

 

Coaches will be available to supervise and offer advice but this is not a taught class to learn new skills, athletes must be able to work on their own and follow gym rules as given at the beginning of the session.

 

Our Open Gym classes are the perfect chance for you to work on your individual or team tumbles, to stunt and meet with friends, and have some fun!

 

Athletes have full use of the sprung floor, tumble tracks, and trampoline into pits, to work on their skills.
